Please have the last 6 of your vehicle's VIN ready in order to proceed with scheduling. A state issued picture ID is required for all redemptions.
Payment
If a fee is required, it must be settled at the time of pick up.
Same Day Appointments
You cannot book within an hour of the current time. Due to high volume we will not be able to accommodate.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an appointment, the easiest way is to use the cancel link in the original pre-confirmation email or text.

For transport and redemption status checks, please use the contact number provided after passing the vin check and putting in your info.

NOTICE - All Transports Require a 24-Hour Notice
ATTENTION ALL TRANSPORTS
- Vehicles must be verified on our website before transport pickup is scheduled.
- No-show appointments or units scheduled but not picked up will be charged, regardless of reason (with the exception of a redemption), unless the appointment is canceled within the required notice period.
- Responsibility for verification and cancellation rests solely with the transporter.
